Rationale: To reduce the vulnerability of the affected population through provision of health and health related services. Target Group:1800 Syrian Refugees to receive Medical Referralsand 1100 Syrian Refugees to attend awareness sessions on health issues. Hundreds of Syrian Refugee Families to participate in planned 9 Medical Days. Thousands of Syrian Refugees who receive Training Manuals on different health, nutrition and life skills topics, among others. Activities: 1. Primary Health Clinics are accessible to Syrian Refugees and they are made to know about it. 2. Five Medical Days out of the planned Nine were conducted due to lack of funds. 3. 36 Awareness sessions on health and nutrition conducted out of the planned 36 sessions. 4. 7 Training Manuals on Health, Nutrition, Life Skills, Psycho social Support among others printed. Impact on the Community: 826 Medical Referrals were effected out of the planned 1800 due to lack of funds. Over a thousand refugees attended the awareness sessions on health issues. Hundreds of families participated in the five free Medical Days. Thousands received the Manuals on different essential topics. Overall the medical follow-up of Syrian Refugee families provide a needed and essential service without which the refugees will be in more dire and difficult situation.
